Car Parking

The group owns two major city car parks based at Sutton Harbour: a 340 space multi-storey car park close to the National Marine Aquarium, and a 51 space surface car park next to the historic Barbican area.

Both sites are managed by a contracted specialist parking agency to ensure optimum revenue streams are sustained for the company.

Additionally, Sutton Harbour Holdings plc controls parking facilities on the complex of the Plymouth Fisheries fish market at Fish Quay, as well as street parking adjacent to The Marina at Sutton Harbour, and on-street parking adjoining, and within, developments of various tenanted properties around the harbour.

Operational changes at the Company’s car parks in the last year have resulted in a 13 per cent increase in revenue compared to the previous year.
