A number of exciting regeneration sites had been identified around the perimeter of Sutton Harbour that will unlock even more potential for Britain’s Ocean City, helping to increase visitor numbers by an estimated 300,000 a year, and deliver up to 200 new jobs for local people. These sites are The Boardwalk at Vauxhall Quay, ‘Freight’ on North Quay Edge and Sugar House at East Quay.

Each of these proposals is at a different stage of evolution; Sugar House and the Freight projects are in the early stages of design whilst the Boardwalk is very shortly to be submitted for planning submission following extensive public consultation.
