Sutton Harbour Holdings plc Proposes Three Regeneration Opportunities

Sutton Harbour Holdings plc hosted drop-in sessions during the month of October 2014 to reveal the new designs for three sites. The proposals, which drew on the feedback received at the launch of the 'Vision' for Sutton Harbour events in July 2014, will help increase visitor numbers by an estimated 300,000 a year, and deliver up to 200 new jobs.

 
The three sites showcased at the event were:

1. The Boardwalk, Vauxhall Quay
2. 'Freight' on North Quay Edge
3. Sugar House at East Quay

Each of these proposals is at a different stage of evolution; Sugar House and Freight projects are in the early stages of design whilst the Boardwalk will be submitted for planning submission shortly.
