Sutton Harbour Holdings plc has established a track record for the delivery of six major regeneration schemes around Sutton Harbour and a further two schemes in other locations elsewhere in the South West. A key feature of all these schemes was working in partnership with other public and private sector bodies.
We successfully achieved planning consent on 22 acres of surplus airport land which was sold in tranches to a residential developer between 2009 and 2011.

Sutton Harbour Holdings plc has submitted a revised planning application for its Boardwalk harbourside regeneration scheme in Sutton Harbour.

Sutton Harbour Holdings plc hosted drop-in sessions during the month of October 2014 to reveal the new designs for three sites. The proposals, which drew on the feedback received at the launch of the 'Vision' for Sutton Harbour events in July 2014, will help increase visitor numbers by an estimated 300,000 a year, and deliver up to 200 new jobs.

A number of exciting regeneration sites had been identified around the perimeter of Sutton Harbour that will unlock even more potential for Britain’s Ocean City, helping to increase visitor numbers by an estimated 300,000 a year, and deliver up to 200 new jobs for local people. These sites are The Boardwalk at Vauxhall Quay, ‘Freight’ on North Quay Edge and Sugar House at East Quay.
