31 January 2012 - Appointment of Chief Executive

Jason, 46, has served as Executive Director since December 2007 and as Acting Chief Executive since September 2011. He is a Chartered Surveyor and prior to joining the Company, had held senior positions at Hammerson plc and Crest Nicholson Plc.

Chairman, Michael Knight said: “We have been through a thorough exercise and seen various candidates. Jason has come through as the clear favourite and we are delighted he has accepted the role on a continuing basis. Jason’s extensive experience on the property side means he is well suited for the position, with the Company now focusing clearly on its asset-backed, water front marine and regeneration operations. Having recently also secured the Company’s funding for its present requirements, we look forward to delivering upon our stated strategy for growth.”
