Pinnacle Quay

Eau 1 and Eau 2. also known as Pinnacle Quay and East Quay House respecitvely, are two buildings which came about as a result of the Sutton Partnership with Plymouth City Council and are the cornerstones of the regeneration in Sutton Harbour.

Pinnacle Quay, also known as Eau 1, was developed as a result of the Sutton Partnership between Sutton Harbour Holdings plc and Plymouth City Council.

Pinnacle Quay was completed in 2004 and developed in partnership with Westbury Homes. It comprises nine storeys with 37 residential apartments and two ground floor retail units offering 4,000 sq ft of commercial space overlooking Sutton Harbour.

This commercial space is divided into two units. Unit 1 overlooking Sutton Harbour is currently available and Unit 2 is occupied by the restaurant The Souk.

It is the sister development to East Quays House, also known as Eau 2, which was completed in 2006.

In 2005, Pinnacle Quay won the ROK/RIBA Wessex Region Town and Country Award and in 2006, the Arnold Sayers Award for Best Group Housing in Devon.
