Exeter Street Offices, also known as the Department for Work and Pensions, was developed by Sutton Harbour Holdings plc and pre-let to the Department for Work and Pensions.
Completed in 2006, it was the biggest city centre office building to be built in Plymouth for over 20 years on a landmark site on Exeter Street on the approach tot he city centre. It offers 62,000 sq ft of space over seven storeys, including a separate 4,000 sq ft unit on the lower ground floor.
The building was sold on to Wichford plc in 2007 for £13.6 million.
