06 August 2014 - Rame Energy plc relocates to Plymouth’s burgeoning central business district at Sutton Harbour

International energy company Rame Energy plc has agreed the letting of a new Plymouth office in Sutton Harbour’s North Quay House, where the company will join South West chartered accountancy firm Francis Clark and Beers solicitors.
The letting is a 10-year lease for the 4,028 sq ft third floor of North Quay House, which means that the building is now fully let.

Rame Energy will take occupancy of the new office this month, relocating from the firm’s existing site in Stoke.
North Quay House offers prime office space with a central location and good parking allocation, and is at the heart of the growing professional central business district which already accommodates law firms Foot Anstey, Beers and Woollcombe Yonge, chartered accountants Francis Clark and Bishop Fleming, architects AWW, recruitment agency MEGO and a number of other practices, businesses and retail outlets.

Paul James, Asset Manager for Sutton Harbour Holdings plc said: “We are pleased to welcome another plc of the calibre of Rame Energy to Sutton Harbour, where they will join a growing number of professional services companies which have chosen to relocate to this highly attractive area. Being based at North Quay House they will benefit from the excellent transport links, close proximity to the city centre and the stunning waterfront location. We look forward to welcoming Rame Energy and to continuing to grow Sutton Harbour as the professional services quarter of Plymouth.”

Tim Adams, CEO of Rame Energy said: “We are delighted to be moving our global headquarters to Sutton Harbour. This reinforces our commitment to Plymouth and the South West. The premises provides us with excellent facilities which meet all our corporate needs. We can accommodate our ongoing expansion plans and enjoy the prime waterside location which resonates with the maritime history of Rame Energy plc.”
