Philip Beinhaker was appointed a Non Executive Director and Non Executive Chairman in January 2018. Philip is one of two individuals on the executive committee of FB Investors. He served as co-founding partner and CEO of IBI Group, a world-leading firm in architecture, engineering and project management from its formation in 1974 until 2004. In 2004, Philip Beinhaker led the company’s flotation on the Toronto Stock Exchange and became the sole CEO and Chairman Director. In 2013, Philip Beinhaker retired from the position of CEO and then served as a senior director of IBI Group Management Partnership until 31 December 2017. He continues to lead some major projects on behalf of the firm. Philip Beinhaker, through the Beinhaker group of companies has led numerous real estate developments as development manager, developer and principal throughout Canada, the United States, Israel, Germany and other locations.
Following a 20 year career in private equity and industry, Graham established his own business as an Independent Director and Advisor. He became Chairman of Sutton Harbour Holdings plc in September 2013, stepping down from this position in January 2018 to become a Non Executive Director. He also chairs the Audit Committee. He is also a Non-Executive Director of several privately owned businesses and an advisor to Finance Wales Investments.
Sean was appointed to the Board of Directors in December 2009 as Non-Executive Director. He is Group Managing Director of Rotolok (Holdings) Limited. Sean is also a member of the Audit and Remunerations Committee.
Natasha was appointed as Executive Director in December 2004 and Finance Director in October 2004. Natasha is a chartered accountant who joined the Company in 1996, and she has been Company Secretary since 2001. Natasha is also Head of Corporate, Environmental and Social Responsibility.
Michael has specific responsibility for ensuring that the company’s buildings and sites are managed efficiently. He is a member of the group’s Green Team Committee and works closely with our Asset Manager and managing agents to ensure a key focus on improving energy-efficiency by reducing water use and reducing waste to landfill.
Matthew joined Sutton Harbour Holdings plc in 2013 as Financial Controller for the group. Matthew has accrued many years of experience in the construction industry, having previously worked for West Devon Homes and for Morgan Sindall.
Pete has worked for Sutton Harbour Holdings plc since 1995 after a long career in the fishing industry. He is the company’s Harbour Master with overall responsibility for the operation of the Sutton Harbour and the lock. Pete is also Manager of Plymouth Fisheries, the second largest fresh fish market in England based in Sutton Harbour.
Mark manages all of the marinas owned and operated by Sutton Harbour Holdings plc, including those within the harbour itself and King Point Marina at Millbay. Mark has been with Sutton Harbour Holdings plc since 1999.
